New York Times is Bringing Cruelty Back

At least in the form of eating baby calves. Veal never “went” anywhere in my neck of the woods, with its high concentration of Italian restaurants and low concentration of empathy and awareness for other species.

Oh, and Henry VIII was a mad king reputedly afflicted with diabetes, multiple strokes, open sores that would not heal, gangrenous toes, migraines, and depression. It’s a marvelous idea to eat just like he did.

    You could certainly see your enthusiasm in the work you write. The world hopes for even more passionate writers like you who are not afraid to say how they believe. Always go after your heart.
